Cost of invisalign i7
The cost for Invisalign i7 is considerably less than a full course of orthodontic treatment with the full Invisalign treatment option. Many orthodontic problems require only simple treatment and you might find that the cost is lower than you thought.
No two orthodontic problems are the same and the cost of orthodontic treatment will depend on the severity of the problem and the treatment required. Costs are generally discussed in full at the initial consultation. The fee quoted covers all aspects of the orthodontic treatment and the majority of patients pay this fee in installments over the duration of the treatment thus making payment more manageable. An initial deposit is paid when the Invisalign impressions are taken, and the balance is paid in monthly installments for the duration of the treatment. Health insurance will cover a part of the cost of treatment. There is also a rebate from Medicare which can be claimed as part of your health expenses occurred in a financial year.
What the cost of invisalign covers
Costs are generally discussed in full at the initial consultation. The fee quoted covers all aspects of the orthodontic treatment and the majority of patients pay this fee in installments over the duration of the treatment thus making payment more manageable.
This fee usually covers the entire treatment including the fitting of the Invisalign, periodic adjustments, completion of the treatment, and the retention and observation periods thereafter.
The fee usually does not cover such items as the consultation and some records. Your orthodontist will discuss the fee with you before treatment is commenced.
Invisalign i7 available 1 july 2013
Invisalign i7, available 1 July 2013, is a treatment option offering an aesthetic solution for minor orthodontic corrections, such as very minor crowding and spacing, and/or minor orthodontic relapses, limited in movement from first premolar to first premolar, that can be addressed in 7 stages of aligners or less.
Invisalign i7 will be manufactured in SmartTrackTM aligner material and will have all SmartForce features for predictability; however, elastics passive aligners are not available.
Automated refinement is an option to order up to 7 additional aligners to move teeth closer to the originally approved final ClinCheck position if further tooth movement is desired. An automated refinement may be purchased, if needed, to achieve the final position defined in the original ClinCheck treatment plan. Impressions or intra-oral scan are required; photos are required. A ClinCheck treatment plan will be prepared to move the teeth to the originally approved final position; however, an additional review of the ClinCheck treatment plan will not be required; aligners are automatically produced and shipped. The final position of the original ClinCheck treatment plan cannot be changed.
