Chewies: What Are They and How to Use Them With Your Invisalign and Clear Aligner Treatment

This is a Chewie, and I’m going to demonstrate how to use a Chewie today. A Chewie looks a little bit like a cotton wool roll, except it’s very elastic. And when this is bitten on with your Invisalign in place, it helps to press the Invisalign right onto the teeth and the teeth straighten a bit better this way. Lauren’s going to demonstrate today how she does it. And if you do this for about 20 seconds a day, twice a day, and bite down on all the front teeth, you’ll get the best benefit out of them.
